REFUND POLICY

30 DAYS, NO HARD FEELINGS

If the full plan isn’t right for you, email support@tryunowe.com within 30 days of your purchase, from the email address you used to buy, and we’ll refund your $14.99 in full. You don’t need to give a reason.

HOW REFUNDS WORK

Refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to show up. Once a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated.

AFTER 30 DAYS

Purchases older than 30 days generally aren’t refundable. If something went wrong, write to us anyway and we’ll take a look.
