TERMS OF USE
These terms apply to your use of Unowe at tryunowe.com, provided by StillSharp LLC, a Kansas limited liability company (“we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them.
UNOWE IS AN EDUCATIONAL TOOL
Unowe helps you estimate how long it may take to pay off debt and how much interest you may pay under different strategies. It is not financial, legal, tax or credit counseling advice, and it doesn’t consider your full financial situation. Talk with a qualified professional before making major financial decisions.
RESULTS ARE ESTIMATES
Results depend on the numbers you enter and on simplifying assumptions: interest is calculated monthly, you make no new charges, your interest rates stay the same, and credit card minimums follow a common formula. Your lenders’ actual calculations, fees and terms may differ. We work to keep the math accurate, but we don’t guarantee any result.
THE FREE CALCULATOR
You can use the free calculator without an account. Please don’t misuse or interfere with the site, and don’t copy or resell the site or its code.
THE FULL PLAN
The full plan is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the paid features for your own use. Your license key is for you, so please don’t share or resell it. The price is shown before you buy. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
OWNERSHIP
Unowe’s name, logo, design, text and software belong to StillSharp LLC. These terms don’t give you any rights to them beyond using the site as described here.
NO WARRANTIES
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent the law allows, StillSharp LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the site’s results. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kansas.
CHANGES
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
